‘Amarillo Balsalobre’ Exhibition
The Municipal Arts Center hosts the exhibition “Amarillo Balsalobre,” a moving and vibrant tribute to Alicante photographer Carlos Balsalobre, a key figure in contemporary photography in the province and a human and artistic influence for several generations. The exhibition is organized by the Alicante Photographic Club (CFA), with the support of the Department of Culture of the Alicante City Council.
“Amarillo Balsalobre” is not just a title: it is a nod to the color he used to identify his studio, but also to the optimism, warmth, and creative energy he imbued in everything he did. The exhibition brings together works by members of the Alicante Photographic Club who share his spirit of exploration and experimentation, as well as photographs that engage with the visual and contemporary thinking that Balsalobre passionately promoted. The exhibition can be visited until September 2, 2025.
DATES
