Gastrohistorical tour of Santa Bárbara Castle

🍴 As part of Alicante’s designation as Spanish Capital of Gastronomy 2025, Santa Bárbara Castle is offering an original experience: a ‘Gastrohistorical Tour’. This is an exclusive experience that combines history and gastronomy in one of Alicante’s most emblematic locations.
During this closed-door tour, participants will travel back in time through the civilisations that have marked the city’s history, discovering how they lived, what they ate and how they prepared their dishes. They will taste traditional products and selected drinks — beer and wine — while enjoying anecdotes and curiosities.

Friday 31st October is the last chance to enjoy this event, which will resume next spring.
