The Saladares-Urbanova Beach is located 5 kilometers south of the urban center of Alicante in an area without crowds.
It is a large beach with fine golden sand, equipped with bio-healthy devices and sustainable children’s games.
Next to this extensive sandy area is the Tomás Durá promenade, with its shops, ice cream parlors, and restaurants. At its southern end, it preserves a dune cordon and at its northern end, it borders the Agua Amarga Beach, where Alicante’s dog-friendly beach is located.
During the summer season, Saladares-Urbanova Beach offers a recreational-educational service and bathing assistance and accompaniment for people with functional diversity. It also has adapted public restrooms.
