Alicante transforms into a vibrant cultural stage to celebrate International Museum Day. Enjoy a unique program ranging from live music and creative workshops to open days and cutting-edge exhibitions.

Las Cigarreras Cultural Center

An intense day of art and sound.

  • Saturday, May 16th (10:00 AM – 9:30 PM):

    • Exhibitions: “The Steadfastness of an Instant” (Jesús Madriñán) and “The Pilgrimage of the Cuckolds” (María Alcaide).

    • Music: Morning sound sessions with concerts at 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM. DJ session at the “Secadero” space.

    • Workshops: “Infrared Multisala Disco” and “Robot Portrait” (5:30 PM – 8:30 PM, pre-registration required via Instagram).

    • Live Art: Open Studio with Martín López Lam and wood engraving with “La Cuarta Piel” (limited capacity).
