4th Alicante City of Rice Gastronomic Days

Alicante once again pays tribute to one of the central figures of its cuisine with the celebration of the 4th Alicante City of Rice Gastronomic Days, taking place from 15 October to 15 November 2026.

For a whole month, more than 50 leading restaurants across the municipality of Alicante will take part in this culinary event, offering special menus with rice as the main dish alongside creations that reflect the richness and diversity of our gastronomy.

From the most traditional recipes to cutting-edge culinary innovations, these days highlight Alicante’s rich rice culture, local produce, and the hard work of catering professionals who keep our culinary identity alive.

Participating establishments will offer menus starting from €25, where rice shares the spotlight with starters, Mediterranean produce, and other representative dishes of our region.

An invitation to explore Alicante through its restaurants, discover new culinary proposals, and enjoy one of the greatest icons of our gastronomy.
