Big Band concert in Gabriel Miró Square

The band from the José Tomás Professional Conservatory of Music will give a concert open to the public in Plaza de Gabriel Miró on Tuesday, 4 November, at 5.30 pm.

The San Fernando Cultural Hub—formed by the Association of Journalists of the Province of Alicante (APPA), the José Tomás Guitar Conservatory, the Regional College of Architects, the Juan Gil-Albert Institute of Culture of Alicante, the City of Alicante headquarters of the University of Alicante and the Mediterranean Foundation—is organising a concert performed by the conservatory’s Big Band on Tuesday, 4 November, at 5.30 pm. The concert is open to the public and will be held outdoors in the Plaza de Gabriel Miró.

Conducted by Jorge Baeza, the conservatory’s student music group will offer a performance full of rhythm, energy and good music to once again raise awareness among Alicante society of the hub that formed around Calle San Fernando as a way of promoting the city’s culture in this area.
