1st Elche-Alicante International Marathon

Start: at 9 a.m., from the vicinity of the Altamira Palace in Elche
Finish: Levante 12 Pier – Port of Alicante (The Ocean Race Zone)
The 1st Elche-Alicante International Marathon, organized by Club Atlético Montemar and starting on November 30 from the vicinity of the Altamira Palace in Elche, will include the Regional Marathon Championship, “which is a new motivation for the regional athletes who have registered.”
The course is practically flat. The highest point will be in Elche (80 meters above sea level). From there, the course descends slightly to Ciudad de la Luz (0 meters above sea level) and continues on flat ground to the finish line at Muelle de Levante 12 in the port of Alicante, in the Ocean Race zone.
The 42 kilometers are distributed as follows: 11 through the city center of Elche, 20 kilometers between the two cities, and the last 11 through the city center of Alicante.
