San Juan Bonfires 2026: The Great Night of the Cremà and the Closing Ceremony of the Festivities

Programme and Timetable:

13:00: Association of Giants and Bigheads (traditional parade).

Route: Calle de Altamira, Rambla de Méndez Núñez and Avenida de Alfonso X El Sabio.

14:00: 7th Session of the Mascletás Competition in Plaza de los Luceros, set off by Pirotecnia Hermanos Sirvent.

8.00 pm: Official Mass at the Co-Cathedral of San Nicolás.

10.00 pm: Street parties in Barracas and the festival areas of the committees.

00:00 (Midnight): Launch of the monumental palm tree of fireworks from the summit of Mount Benacantil, by Pirotecnia Hermanos Ferrández.

Next (After the palm tree): Start of the Nit de la cremà. The fire will begin to be lit at the Official Bonfire located in the Town Hall Square and will then gradually spread to the rest of the city’s festival districts.
