I Elche-Alicante International Marathon 42K

The 1st Elche–Alicante International Marathon 42K brings together two cities with a shared goal: 42.195 km of history, culture and the Mediterranean.
The race starts at 9:00 am next to the Palacio de Altamira (Elche); runners are expected to enter Alicante from 10:30 am, with the finish line at Muelle 12 in the Port of Alicante (Volvo Zone) at around 2:30 pm.

• Urban section in Elche: 11 km
• Interurban section Elche–Alicante: 20 km (gentle downhill)
• Urban section in Alicante: 11 km
• Total: 42.195 km

🎖️ A commemorative medal featuring the Lady of Elche and the Moor’s Face, with space to engrave name and finishing time.

👟 More than 4,400 runners from over 50 countries are taking part in this historic event.
🏆 Includes the Regional Marathon Championship of the Athletics Federation of the Valencian Community.
