Organized by the Department of Sports of the Alicante City Council, the Swimming Federation of the Valencian Community (FNCV), and the\u00a0<i data-ogsc=\"\">Club Nataci\u00f3n Aquatic Alicante<\/i>, this historical competition is considered the oldest open water swimming event in Spain, dating back to 1917.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"black\">Featuring a privileged route that skirts the port&#8217;s outer breakwater and finishes at the iconic Postiguet Beach, the swim brings together over 350 federated and amateur swimmers, offering a unique sporting spectacle along the seafront at the foot of Santa B\u00e1rbara Castle.<\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"black\">More than 350 swimmers will gather to cross our waters in a tradition dating back to 1917.
