Welcome to the Bonfires of Saint John 2026: The Festival that Unites Us<\/h2>\n

PROGRAMME OF EVENTS<\/h2>\n

\u00a0TRAFIC AND TRANSPORT: NOTICES<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
\n

Until June 24th, our city completely transforms to celebrate its grand festival: the Fogueres de Sant Joan (Bonfires of Saint John), declared of International Tourist Interest.<\/p>\n

Under this year’s slogan, “The festival that unites us,” Alicante opens its doors wide to the world in an explosion of satirical art, color, and tradition.<\/p>\n

Alicante’s grand festival will reach its climax at midnight on June 24th with the launching of the monumental firework palm tree from Mount Benacantil, marking the beginning of the magical Nit de la crem\u00e0<\/i> (the night of the burning). And as a grand finale, the spectacle will continue by the sea from June 25th to 29th, with the nights of the International Fireworks Competition at Postiguet Beach.<\/p>\n

Below is the official schedule of events for Fogueres 2026. Plan your visit day by day and get ready to experience a unique sensory experience you will never forget.<\/p>\n
