Its open fields, city walls, and the area surrounding the San José Tower provide an unobstructed sea horizon facing west to watch the eclipse over the water.\n\n\nViewing Guidelines & Eye Safety\n\n\nMandatory Eye Protection: Never look directly at the Sun without certified solar eclipse glasses (ISO 12312-2) or proper solar filters for cameras and telescopes.
