SUMMARY:Stargazing on Tabarca Island
DESCRIPTION:Tabarca, the only inhabited island in the Valencian Community and recognised as a Starlight Reserve, offers a novel astronomical experience, where nature, history and the sky come together in the same setting.\nBlue Valley Stellar organises astrotourism activities (stargazing) activities that begin at sunset in areas far from light pollution, such as Punta Falcón. There, astronomical camps are set up with professional telescopes and laser pointers that allow visitors to explore constellations, planets, nebulae and galaxies. \nGuided by expert instructors in astronomy and science communication, participants will learn how to use apps and planispheres to identify celestial bodies while discovering the Mediterranean legends associated with each constellation. This activity is ideal for couples and groups of friends, school trips and educational programmes, corporate events or team building, as well as for nature and science lovers. >team building, as well as for lovers of nature, science and the sea in general.\nThere are two types of experiences:\n\nStandard Stargazing Tour: 3 hours of astronomical observation and astrophotography. \nComplete Stargazing Experience Tour: includes boat transfer from Alicante or Santa Pola, Mediterranean dinner at sunset, 1 night’s accommodation with breakfast, complementary activities such as snorkelling or guided tour, and stargazing.
