DESCRIPTION:Every year, Tabarca Island comes alive with the Fiestas in Honour of St. Peter and St. Paul, a tradition deeply rooted in the local culture. Saint Peter, the patron saint of fishermen, and Saint Paul, one of the most influential apostles of Christianity, are essential figures for Tabarquinos.\nThe celebration becomes a link to the history and seafaring traditions of the island, attracting visitors who wish to participate in this unique festivity. One of the highlights is the seafaring procession, where the image of San Pedro is carried in a decorated boat, followed by a flotilla of boats. This water parade honours the saint and reinforces the community’s connection to the sea.\nThe festivities continue with live music, traditional dancing and a fireworks display that lights up the night sky.\nSaturday 28th June\n10:00 h.
