Ana Poquet Mas, Presidenta Delegada del Patronat Municipal de Turisme i Platges d&#8217;Alacant, facultada per a la signatura del present, en virtut de nomenament pel Decret de l&#8217;Alcaldia Presid\u00e8ncia de data 19 de juny de 2023 (d&#8217;ara endavant el Patronat).  <\/p>\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-convenio-tipo field-type-list-text field-label-inline clearfix\">\n<div class=\"field-label\">\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, la Cambra Oficial de Comer\u00e7, Ind\u00fastria, Serveis i Navegaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Alacant, d&#8217;ara endavant Cambra Alacant, amb domicili al carrer Ruperto Chap\u00ed 3, 03001 d&#8217;Alacant amb NIF: Q0373001G, representada en aquest acte pel Sr. Carlos Ba\u00f1o Marhuenda, en qualitat de president de Cambra Alacant.
